The court ruled today that it was against the charter of rights and freedoms for the government to hold a patent on the growing of medical marijuana in Canada. This should open the door to growing of medical marijuana by any one that thinks they have a superior product. People have complained for years that the government grows suck. The buds are too small and the THC count is way down. That quality control thing again. This is being hailed as a huge victory for the legalization crowd. As usual, when the government gets involved, their heart just isn't in it. Time for the real pros to take a turn.
